All of our bags are designed in Singapore and manufactured in China. 


WHAT ARE THE BAGS MADE OF?

Main Material: 100% Premium Soft Nappa Leather

Lining: Microsuede


HOW DO I TAKE CARE OF MY BAG?


Avoid any contact with water, oils, perfumes, alcohol, acetone, bleach, cosmetics. If your item gets wet, remove excess moisture immediately by dabbing (do not rub) with a soft cloth and let dry at room temperature.

I RECEIVED MY ITEM WITH A DEFECT ON IT.  WHAT SHOULD I DO NEXT?

If the item you received is defective or faulty, please contact us at studioolico@gmail.com and we’ll be happy to assist.

AM I ABLE TO MAKE A RESERVATION ON AN ITEM?


We are not able to take reservations on any of our items at this time. 


WHAT COMES WITH MY ONLINE ORDER?


Online orders will be packed in a dust bag and protective packaging to make sure your new bag arrives in pristine condition. 


I HAVE MADE AN ORDER BUT I’D LIKE TO MAKE CHANGES. WHAT SHOULD I DO NEXT?


If you have made an order that needs to be changed, please email studioolico@gmail.com as soon as possible with your Order Number and we will do our best to help with making the amendments. Unfortunately once the item has been shipped, we will not be able to make any changes. 


DO YOU PROVIDE GIFT WRAPS?


Unfortunately we do not provide gift wraps at this time.

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT METHODS AVAILABLE?


You can complete your purchase using Debit/Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard), or opt for any of our alternative payment methods.

WHAT CAN I DO IF MY PAYMENT IS DECLINED?

Here are a few things to check if your payment didn’t go through: check that your card’s billing details (such as the security code and billing address) matches what you’ve entered into our system. If you still face persistant problems, please email us at studioolico@gmail.com so that we may assist you further. 



SHIPPING:

WHAT ARE YOUR DELIVERY OPTIONS?


We provide door-to-door delivery service for local orders.


HOW SOON WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

Your order will be shipped within 5-7 working days. Our couriers will make a pick up when your order is ready.  You will get a shipment notification email with tracking once your order is on its way.


HOW CAN I EDIT MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?

If your order is within the first few hours of being confirmed and you need to edit your shipping address, please contact us at studioolico@gmail.com.

If your order has been processed and packed up, we will be unable to make any changes to your order.


DO YOU OFFER SELF COLLECTION?


We do not offer self collection at this time. 


DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

We currently only ship orders within Singapore. We're working hard to expand our reach and would love to bring our styles to you soon! Drop us a message and let us know where you're located - your interest will help us prioritize future shipping destinations.


I CAN’T TRACK MY ORDER . WHAT SHOULD I DO?

In a few cases, the courier takes 1 to 2 working days to register your shipment status.

You can locate your tracking link for your order in the email notifying you that your parcel has been shipped.

If your tracking number isn’t updating or working at all, please contact us at studioolico@gmail.com as soon as you can.
